At its core, the the P80 is fitted with 80 mm Mizen 80OM blind burrs, which integrate a pre‑crushing system (PCS) to improve particle uniformity and extraction clarity. These burrs deliver sweet, juicy cups with excellent clarity — ideal for both espresso and filter brewing.

The grinder features a stepless adjustment mechanism with a high resolution of 10 µm per tick, allowing for precise and repeatable control over grind size — from espresso to French press.

A stepped RPM dial, ranging from 300 to 1700 RPM, allows you to shape extraction balance—lower speed emphasizing clarity and acidity, higher speed enhancing body and extraction speed.

Designed for efficient single dosing, the P80 achieves ultra‑low retention (< 0.1 g) via a redesigned knocker, purge mode, and optimized grind path—minimizing waste and ensuring each dose is fresh. 

The magnetic blind burr mounting system enables quick burr removal and reinstallation without tools, making zero calibration a fast operation.
