1. Carriers and UK delivery

ECS UK ships within the United Kingdom only (including Northern Ireland), using reliable, recognised carriers chosen by service quality and destination. All prices include UK VAT where applicable; shipping costs are shown at checkout.
2. Shipment tracking

All shipments are tracked; the tracking number is sent by email once your order has been processed and the label generated.
3. Shipping and delivery times

In-stock items are normally dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery times vary by destination and selected service. ECS UK is not responsible for delays once the order is handed to the carrier (weather, carrier issues, incorrect addresses).
4. UK public holidays

We do not dispatch or deliver on UK public holidays; orders are processed on the next business day.
5. Insured shipments and transport damage

All our shipments are insured. In the event of transport damage, follow the procedure set out in the “Transport damage” section of the Returns and Refunds page: report within 5 days of delivery with photos of the external packaging, the waybill and the damaged product. Without this documentation the claim cannot be opened with the carrier.
