1. Payment methods

At ECS UK we offer secure, convenient payment options for customers across the United Kingdom, processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) inclusive of UK VAT.
2. Cards and digital wallets (Stripe)

Payments are processed through Stripe (PCI DSS-certified): Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club. Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay.
3. PayPal (incl. Pay in 3)

You can pay securely with PayPal, which supports cards, PayPal balance and PayPal Pay in 3 (where available). You will be redirected to PayPal to complete payment.
4. Payment fees

ECS UK does not charge any payment processing or transaction fees; your bank may apply standard charges. Under UK law we never add surcharges for the use of any specific payment method.
5. Order processing and dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched only after payment is confirmed. If there is any payment issue, we will contact you to resolve it.
